LET us go then, you and I,
When the evening is spread out against the sky
Like a patient etherised upon a table;
Let us go, through certain half-deserted streets,
The muttering retreats | 5 |
Of restless nights in one-night cheap hotels
And sawdust restaurants with oyster-shells:
Streets that follow like a tedious argument
Of insidious intent | |
To lead you to an overwhelming question … | 10 |
Oh, do not ask, “What is it?”
Let us go and make our visit.

THE LOVE SONG OF J. ALFRED PRUFROCK
doggy daria
So it is a sad day. I finished all series of Friends. However, this does not mean that I am over it! Admittedly the early seasons were by far the best, and for me season 9 and 10 dragged on a bit. Apart from the story line that drew me in because I believe that I am a reincarnation of all 6 of the friends (a little trait of each in my soul; Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey and Ross), it really got a little drawn out. Nothing will beat the hair, clothes, humour and style of the early series, the '90s man. Nothing will beat it (to me).
Next for me? Daria.
